Benefits of Meditation

Good morning, hope all is well. I believe that we all should meditate at least for 5 minutes a day. If your time is limited, then you should definitely meditate before you have a nervous breakdown. To be successful, it is not about being busy or collecting material items. It is about having a peace of mind which can be achieved through meditation. It has so many benefits that can help improve your life in many areas. The benefits are: (1) decreases stress levels, (2) improves memory, (3) helps connect to higher self, (4) improve your health, (5) makes you compassionate, (6) makes you feel connected to others, (7) lowers depression & anxiety symptoms, (8) makes you sleep better, and (9) increases your energy levels.
